The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow's UI capabilities, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing user-centric solutions that enhance the ServiceNow user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Development:

• Design and develop user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless navigation and functionality.
• Leverage ServiceNow Studio and UI tools like Service Portal, Workspace UI, or UI Builder to create interactive applications.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement custom widgets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the ServiceNow platform.
• Build reusable code libraries and components to support scalability and maintainability.

Integration and Testing:

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with ServiceNow workflows and data.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand UI requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Document design specifications, development processes, and test plans.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize the UI for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues to enhance the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
