Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong ServiceNow expertise, excellent design thinking capabilities, and hands‑on experience in mobile application design and development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, user‑centric digital experiences and capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver modern enterprise solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to design scalable and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, modern, and responsive user interfaces for ServiceNow applications and enterprise platforms.
• Apply strong design thinking methodologies to understand user pain points and create user‑centric solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and interactive designs using modern design tools.
• Develop and customize UI components within the ServiceNow platform using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace technologies.
