Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, and CSM.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal solutions including custom widgets, themes, and pages.
• Build modern UI experiences using UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop reusable components and ensure best practices in UI/UX design.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs.
