Job summary

Purview Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow specialist to design, implement, and operate a CMDB aligned to the CSDM. You will configure CMDB, discovery, and service mapping for Tier-1/critical services, and manage CI lifecycles, data sources, and MID servers.

The contractor will build integrations via IntegrationHub and APIs, ensure de-duplication and certification controls, and deliver documentation with a smooth operational handover for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on CMDB experience and CI lifecycle understanding.
• Strong ability to model CI relationships and lifecycle states.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

2. Required Skills & Experience

• 46+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong expertise in:

• CMDB
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• IntegrationHub / APIs

• Proven experience implementing CSDM
• Experience in banking or regulated environmentspreferred
• Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, service modelling, and dependency mapping
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CSDM) desirable

• 95% CMDB data quality (completeness and accuracy)
• Tier-1 services fully mapped with validated dependencies
