Job summary

Purview Services seeks a ServiceNow CMDB expert in India to design, implement, and operate a CSDM-aligned CMDB for Tier-1 and critical services. You will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion, while enforcing deduplication and certification controls.

The role emphasizes CI lifecycle modeling, dependency mapping, and integration work with API-based tools. Experience in regulated environments is preferred, with certifications desirable for career progression.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB platform experience.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proven experience implementing CSDM.
• Banking or regulated environment experience preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications desirable.

Responsibilities
