Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/GenAI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on development of ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations.
• Strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge: CMDB, Discovery and Event Management.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and external integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
