Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Pune is seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM expert to act as SME, gather requirements, translate them into functional specs and drive UAT. You will train end users and support change management during the implementation, collaborating with IT, support, PMs and partners to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, strong documentation and stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead training sessions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as SME for the ServiceNow CSM module.
• Ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
• Experience in leading UAT and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• - Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the successful delivery ofServiceNowCSM features and functionalities.
• - Deliver training sessions and workshops to end users to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of theServiceNowCSM module.
