Job summary

PeopleLogic in Bengaluru is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ServiceNow implementation and enhancements. The role involves working with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities include creating functional specs and user stories, collaborating with developers, supporting ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM modules, and assisting with UAT and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on ServiceNow projects.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and core modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Exposure to ServiceNow workflows, forms, and basic configurations.
