Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Architect to lead end-to-end architectural ownership for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM. The role requires proven pre-sales engagement, design of scalable and secure AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to guide teams across modules as organizational needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Solution Design & Value Articulation and Pre-Sales engagement.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, and performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across enterprise modules.
• Design scalable, extensible, and upgrade-safe solutions using out-of-box capabilities, App Engine, and custom extensions.
• Lead AI & Intelligent Automation architecture and governance within enterprise platforms.
• Oversee integration architecture, data migration, and upgrade strategy.
• Provide leadership, scalability, and demand management across programs.
• Support deal cycles with solution architectures, estimation, and stakeholder confidence.

ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM, and proven capabilities in ServiceNow AI and intelligent automation.

The role will be responsible for end‑to‑end architectural ownership, designing, Result-driven ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solution Architect, scalable, secure, and AI‑enabled ServiceNow solutions, while being flexible and willing to scale across modules, programs, and delivery demands as organizational needs evolve.

• Strong understanding of AI applicability, limitations, and governance in enterprise platforms
• Ability to guide teams on AI‑driven acceleration and quality outcomes

Technical Skills

• Advanced JavaScript expertise (client‑side and server‑side)
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine
• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and modern workspace experiences
• Strong integration and data architecture experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / other modules)
• Experience in COE or large multi‑instance ServiceNow environments
