• Exposure to AI and automation capabilities, including ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Experience contributing to agentic AI or intelligent workflow initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities as part of the ServiceNow practice, delivering architecture guidance and governance.
• Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across enterprise environments.
• Develop ITSM solutions and integration strategies for complex landscapes.
• Evaluate AI/automation capabilities and apply to workflows and integrations.
• Contribute to intelligent workflow initiatives and platform improvements.
