ServiceNow Experience: 3+ Years

Mandatory Expertise: ServiceNow FSM

Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Drive end‑to‑end technical delivery, from requirement analysis and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design reusable and maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules.
• Review existing implementations and recommend architectural improvements.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and technical solutions.
