Job summary

Tekskills in Pune, India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to manage and configure the platform, including GRC modules.

You will drive DevOps activities, deploy code across environments, resolve production defects, and ensure platform stability and upgrades, while supporting audits and compliance reporting. Strong governance and IRM knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Minimum 2 yrs hands-on with ServiceNow GRC modules.
• CSA certification mandatory; IRM Fundamentals and IRM Implementation experience preferred.
• Experience in ServiceNow support and maintenance, including incident resolution.
• Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
