Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs of ServiceNow administration experience
• Minimum 2 yrs of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules or else strong servicenow admin experience.
• Certification: CSA mandatory, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
• Experience in ServiceNow support and maintenance, including incident resolution
• Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance processes
