• Diagnose issues in the battery, motor, controller, charger, wiring, and electrical systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Assist senior technicians with repairs and replacement of components.
• Check battery health, charging issues, and electrical connections.
• Handle customer complaints and explain basic technical issues.
• Maintain service records and job cards.
• Sometimes visit customer locations for roadside/service support.
