Job summary

Raam Autobahn is seeking an EV diagnostics coordinator in Telangana, India. You will welcome riders, record issues with range, software, and charging, and note wear for accurate diagnosis.

In this role you will create detailed digital job cards for health checks and updates, translate complaints into actionable tasks for EV technicians, and guide customers through OTA updates and app connectivity.

Responsibilities

• EV Diagnostics Intake: Welcome riders, note down range issues, software bugs, or battery charging problems, and check for physical wear.
• Smart Job Cards: Create accurate digital job cards detailing battery health checks, software updates, and hardware repairs.
• Tech Team Sync: Translate customer complaints about firmware, sensors, or powertrain performance into clear tasks for EV technicians.
• Software & OTA Updates: Guide customers through Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates and smartphone app connectivity troubleshooting.
• Safety & Compliance: Explain EV-specific maintenance needs (like battery health care) and ensure safety protocols around high-voltage components are followed.
• Delivery & Education: Explain the service invoice, highlight the battery health report, and educate riders.
