Job summary

Infra DigiTech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is hiring Service Technicians to install, commission and service wireless nurse call systems, queue displays and other hospital and bank equipment. Freshers welcome with no prior experience; training is provided and travel to customer sites across Bengaluru is required.

You will start in the factory learning how products are built and tested, then work with senior technicians and gain hands-on mobile field experience, with a clear career path toward senior

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Mount and wire bedside units, nurse stations, token displays, and kiosks at customer sites; pair devices; test before handover; guide staff at handover.
• Service & Support: Attend service calls across Bengaluru; diagnose faults; replace units or parts; confirm fix with customer; conduct preventive maintenance on AMC sites.
• Factory & Learning: Assist with final testing and packing; learn products from engineers to explain faults rather than swap parts.

Job description

We are hiring two Service Technicians in Bengaluru to install, commission and service the products we manufacture: wireless nurse call systems in hospital wards, queue management systems in bank branches and hospital OPDs, token displays, Andon boards and GPS clocks. You start in our factory learning how each product is built and tested, then go out with a senior technician to customer sites across Bengaluru, and within a few months you handle installations and service calls on your own. There is no qualification bar — 10th pass, PUC, ITI or Diploma in any stream is fine — and no experience is expected. What we need is a valid driving licence, because the job is on the road, and a person who turns up, is polite with the hospital and bank staff, and wants to learn how electronics work.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Mount and wire bedside units, nurse stations, token displays, calling units and kiosks at customer sites; the client's electrician provides the mains supply and any cabling.
• Pair wireless devices, configure the system and test every point before handover.
• Walk the ward staff or branch staff through daily use at handover.

Service & Support

• Attend service calls across Bengaluru: diagnose the fault, replace the unit or part, and confirm the fix with the customer.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance visits on AMC sites.
• Report each visit on your phone — site, fault, part used, status — the same day.

Factory & Learning

• Assist with final testing and packing of systems in the factory between site visits.
• Learn the products from the engineers who design them, so you can explain a fault rather than just swap a part.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• 10th pass, PUC, ITI or Diploma — any stream. No degree required.

Must Have

• A valid driving licence — you will travel to customer sites across Bengaluru.
• Based in Bengaluru, or ready to relocate here.
• Fresher welcome; no prior experience is needed. We train you fully.

Good to Have

• Any hands-on interest in electronics, electrical work or repairing things.
• Kannada plus working Hindi or English — you will talk to nurses, branch managers and security staff.
• A smartphone you are comfortable using for reports and photos.
• Neat, punctual and polite on a customer's premises.
