Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning: Install attendance and access control systems (biometric/RFID) and related hardware.
• Hardware Setup: Mount devices, fix locks, lay cables, ensure quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site and remotely.
• Client Support: Provide on-site visits, remote sessions, and technical guidance as needed.
• Site Surveys and Testing: Conduct surveys, test products, and deliver client training.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning: Install and configure attendance and access control systems, including biometric / RFID devices and related hardware.
• Hardware Setup: Mount devices, fix locks, lay cables, and ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site and remotely through phone or email support.
• Client Support: Provide timely support to clients, including on-site visits, remote sessions, and technical guidance as needed.
• Site Surveys and Testing: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, perform product testing, and deliver client training sessions as required.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma in Electronics or I.T.I. in Electronics.
• Experience: 2 years in the installation and maintenance of electronic systems.
• Experience with CCTV and biometric devices is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electronics, including soldering, multimeter use, drilling, cabling, and LAN crimping.
