Job summary

Wisecor is seeking a motivated Service & Support Engineer in Mumbai (Andheri East) to deliver high-quality technical support and system commissioning. The role requires a strong electrical or marine engineering background, IT literacy, and clear communication. Expect travel across India for service work and installations.

You will work with the Technical department to support customers and internal teams, testing and documenting procedures while contributing to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering is required.
• Practical experience with electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Good IT knowledge and strong command of English (written and verbal) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support via phone, chat, ticket system, and 24/7 helpline.
• Conduct customer and internal trainings (basic to medium level).
• Test, document, and update technical materials for products.
• Carry out onsite product commissioning, troubleshooting, and replacements.
• Identify and report software/hardware quality issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and cross-functional projects.
• Travel 10–40 days/year across India for service support and installations.
