Job summary

Gainwell Engineering is seeking a coordinator to align the purchase, assembly and warehouse teams and ensure SAP requests are processed accurately and on time, every day.

You will oversee timely processing of vendor orders and internal parts orders, manage tools, and generate reports while maintaining data integrity within the SAP manufacturing module.

Strong coordination, communication and meticulous record-keeping are essential to keep cross‑functional workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or procurement environment.
• Familiarity with SAP manufacturing module is a plus.
