Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Service Parts Program Integrator in Karnataka, India, to act as the key interface between PCS Engineering Teams, Product Management and the Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO) across the product lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure service-readiness for NPIs, resolve obsolescence of service parts, and build strategies to continue service after end of product sales while reducing inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• 3 years’ experience in cross-functional product development/integration, product support or project management.
• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results for multiple commitments in a global environment.
• Experience working with product installed base teams or field service teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make formal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build service part lists for products going through milestones; develop strategy to ensure continued service parts fulfillment after product end of sales.
• Support Last Time Buy and Supplier Move projects to ensure spare part availability till End of Guaranteed Service.
• Support VCP activities to increase availability of repaired and harvested spare parts.

Service Parts Program Integrator Job Description Summary

Service Parts Program Integrator is the key interface between Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Engineering Teams (NPI and IB), Product Management and the Global Service Parts Organization (GSPO) across the entire product lifecycle. The role leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure service-readiness for New Product Introductions (NPIs), to resolve technical obsolescence of service parts, to build a strategy to continue service after end of product sales and to reduce service inventory in anticipation of product End of Guaranteed Service (EOGS). As a Program Integrator (PI) you will serve as the focal interface between multiple functions. You will gain great cross-functional exposure & project leadership skills, leading daily interactions with supply chain, sourcing, engineering, Service Segment Lifecycle Leaders, etc., aiming to create the optimal solution for customers and business around spare part strategies. Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build service part lists for products going through M6, M7 and M8 milestones; develop strategy to ensure continued service parts fulfillment after product end of sales.
• Support of Last Time Buy and Supplier Move projects to ensure spare part availability till End of Guaranteed Service.
• Support VCP activities to increase availability of repaired and harvested spare parts.
• Help to drive regional spare part pricing activities to secure revenue and margin targets.

• Complete all planned quality and compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Patient Care Solutions (MS, DCAR, MIC, ARC) product knowledge and experience.
• Experience working in MyWorkshop PDM system.
• Experience working in Oracle GLPROD or other ERP Systems.
• Experience working in SPM or other Planning Systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience improving processes and accelerating change.
