Job Title:

Qualification
1- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2- Additional certifications in Project Management, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, BMS, or related technologies are desirable.
Experience
1-05–10+ years of experience in Electronic Security Systems, Technical Services, or Facilities Technology Management.
2- Minimum 03–05years of experience managing field service teams and customer accounts.
3- Experience handling enterprise customers, banks, data centers, commercial buildings, hospitals, or industrial facilities is preferred.

Job Role & Responsibilities
1- Service Operations Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage day-to-day field service operations to ensure timely response and closure of service calls.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, tools, spares, and resources.
- Track open service tickets and drive timely resolution of customer issues.
- Review service reports, maintenance records, and closure documentation.
2- Team Leadership & Technical Support:
- Lead mentor, and support field technicians and service engineers.
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex system faults.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Support technicians during critical breakdowns, escalations, and major maintenance activities.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of service personnel.
3- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary interface between customers and the service organization.
- Attend customer meetings, service reviews, and operational discussions.
- Address customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Provide periodic service performance reports and recommendations for system improvements.
4- Technical & Contract Management:
- Support installation, commissioning, and system upgrade projects when required.
- Review maintenance contracts, service obligations, and warranty commitments.
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upgrades, modernization, and additional service offerings.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers for technical support and spare parts.
- Manage spare inventory planning and material availability for service operations.
The role will oversee service delivery for systems including:
1- Access Control Systems
4- Systems Public Address
5- (PA) Systems Building Management Systems (BMS)
9- Other Electronic Security and Low-Voltage Systems
Planning & Reporting:
- Prepare and present service performance reports to management and customers.
- Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution time, preventive maintenance compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Forecast manpower, spare parts, and operational requirements.
