Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions seeks a seasoned service-team leader to manage site-based operations for fire/ELV and technical systems. Responsibilities include planning, overseeing preventive maintenance, and AMC schedules, ensuring response times and quality of service.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on troubleshooting skills, multi-site delivery experience, and willingness to visit sites as required, with strong focus on safety and IS-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Proven service-team leadership in fire/ELV or technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Planning, reporting and customer-handling ability.
• Working knowledge of fire alarm, gas detection or industrial systems.
• Willingness to visit sites when required.
• Experience managing AMCs, commissioning and multi-site service delivery.

Preferred requirements:

1. 1. Familiarity with OEM platforms (Ravel, Honeywell, Edwards, GST, etc.)


2. 2. Exposure to IS 2189 and ELV / security integration projects
