Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM professional in Bengaluru to design, develop, and customize Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management modules. You will configure risk statements, controls, and remediation workflows while building robust integrations with CMDB, ITSM, and external systems.

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.
• Implement integrations between IRM, CMDB, ITSM, and third-party risk/compliance systems.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for risk exposure, compliance posture, and audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.
• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
