Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. You will implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

You will build reports and dashboards, perform testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and security guidelines while staying current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficient in building ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules with integrations.
• Experience designing workflows, business rules, UI policies and data imports.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
• Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
• Content Management: - developing the ESS page.
• Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
• Used ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
• Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains
• Experience with Web technologies/AJAX
• Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module
