Sanvi Business Solutions is recruiting for a Service Manager – HVAC Projects at Guindy, Chennai. The role demands 10–15 years of experience in HVAC service operations with hands-on management of VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, and FCU systems.

You will lead 15–25 technicians and engineers, handle client interactions on-site, ensure safety and ISHRAE compliance, and oversee AMC/PPM/breakdown services across Chennai sites. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU systems and HVAC fundamentals.
• Experience leading teams of 15–25 technicians and engineers.
• Willing to travel across Chennai sites; owns two/four wheeler.
• Based in Chennai – Guindy / South Chennai preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & monitor HVAC installation and service projects end-to-end.
• Lead a team of 15-25 technicians, engineers and supervisors.
• Serve as SPOC for clients: site visits, requirement gathering, issue resolution.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance per ISHRAE standards.
• Manage AMC, PPM and breakdown service for VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU.
• Prepare project and service reports and AMC profitability reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on materials and costs.

Leading Manufacturing / Engineering Company – Hiring via Sanvi Business Solutions – is looking for a Service Manager to handle HVAC Projects Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan, execute & monitor HVAC installation & service projects – End-to-end from scheduling to site execution

• Lead team of 15-25 Technicians, Service Engineers & Supervisors – Training & productivity




• SPOC for clients – Site visits, requirement understanding & service issue resolution – Client retention




• Ensure quality & safety compliance as per ISHRAE standards




• Manage AMC – Annual Maintenance Contracts, PPM & breakdown service for VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU systems




• Prepare project reports, service reports, cost estimates & AMC profitability reports




• Vendor & subcontractor coordination – Materials, spares, manpower & cost control

Mandatory Requirements:

• B.E / http://B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical preferred




• Strong knowledge of VRF, Chilled Water System, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, AMC, PPM, breakdown troubleshooting




• Proven experience in team handling (15-25 members), client management & project execution




• Good communication, willing to travel across Chennai sites – Two / Four wheeler must




• Must be based in Chennai – Guindy / South Chennai preferred
