Sanvi Business Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Project Manager – HVAC Projects to lead end-to-end HVAC projects from planning to handover. The role requires coordinating across sites, vendors, and clients to ensure quality, timelines and satisfaction.

You will manage project planning, site installation, budgeting, and reporting, with 10–15 years of HVAC project management experience. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in HVAC Project Management.
• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects.
• Site Management: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance.
• Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; ensure productivity and safety.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents.

The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
