• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance.
• Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors; ensure productivity and safety.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closures.

The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities: – Project Planning & Execution*: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects
