You will lead technicians and service advisors, ensure timely vehicle delivery, monitor customer satisfaction, and uphold Tata Motors standards, SOPs and safety compliance while optimizing productivity and profitability.

• Experience managing a workshop or service center.
• Ability to lead technicians and service staff.
• Familiarity with workshop safety, SOPs and warranty/insurance claims.

• Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
