Job summary

Mahansaria Group in Odisha is seeking a dynamic technical professional to support product development, testing, and field trainings for distributors and customers. The role includes ensuring product quality through testing, handling customer claims, and delivering comprehensive training across the field network.

The candidate will perform market intelligence, assist the sales team with technical inputs, lead generation, and gather VOC feedback to improve offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product testing and monthly inspections to ensure quality and performance.
• Manage customer claims through inspection, resolution, and tracking of turnaround time.
• Deliver product training to distributors, customers, and tyre fitters, and conduct site visits.
• Perform market intelligence including competitor analysis and share actionable insights.
• Support sales through joint visits and technical input, and assist in lead generation.
• Collect VOC feedback and testimonials, and maintain structured reports.
• Visit large accounts to strengthen relationships and provide technical support.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Testing

• Conduct product testing and inspection activities on a monthly basis
• Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are met

2. Claim Handling & Resolution

• Manage customer claims through inspection and resolution
• Maintain a turnaround time (TAT)

3. Product Knowledge & Training

• Deliver product training sessions to:
  • Distributors
  • Customers
  • Tyre fitters
• Conduct site visits and studies
• Provide product recommendations based on application and usage

5. Market Intelligence

• Perform competitor analysis including:
  • Product performance
  • Scrap/site studies
  • Campaigns and activities
• Share insights as required

6. Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Support sales team through joint visits and technical inputs
• Assist in identifying and generating new leads

7. Customer Engagement & Feedback

• Collect and document:
  • Product testimonials
  • Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
• Gather data from OE dealers and distributors
• Maintain structured reports for analysis

9. Key Account Visits

• Visit large customers (fleet size >30 vehicles)
• Strengthen relationships and provide technical support
