An individual who drives customer satisfaction and service profitability across 12 to 15 dealerships by leading troubleshooting, technical support, and regional service operations. Expert at resolving customer complaints, elevating local technician expertise through targeted training, and ensuring seamless spare parts availability. Highly skilled in executing service camps, enforcing TS quality procedures, and translating field feedback into product improvements.

Role & responsibilities
  • Resolve Customer Complaints swiftly while conducting customer surveys to identify and implement areas for service improvement.
  • Train Dealers and Mechanics to elevate local technical expertise, troubleshoot efficiently, and uphold strict TS procedures.
  • Drive Service Revenue and Parts Availability by boosting dealership service profitability and ensuring high spare parts fill-rates.
  • Plan and Execute Service Camps and competition trials to increase market awareness and generate critical product feedback.
  • Monitor Competitor Activity and relay information to central setups (SHQ/PTC) to enhance overall product quality.
  • Promote Safety and Environment awareness among dealers, mechanics, and customers while achieving all aligned regional service targets.
