Job summary

2sr Innovations is seeking a Service Head – HVAC to lead the Service Operations and AMC management in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with Projects, Sales, Estimation and Procurement to ensure seamless service delivery.

The candidate will manage, mentor, and monitor service engineers, technicians, and supervisors while handling key client relationships and escalations.
