Job summary

Smart Labtech Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a field service professional to handle installations, validations, and hands-on training of Viscometers and Rheometers.

The role focuses on servicing, repairs, installation & maintenance, troubleshooting of biotech laboratory instruments, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue through AMC, spare parts and calibrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• Experience in field servicing/installations of biotech lab equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel and handle after-sales service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Field servicing, installations, validations, and application training of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality.
• Generate revenue through AMC, spare parts and calibrations.
