Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, PLC and mechanical drawings.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure timely service support.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer maintenance personnel.
• Travel to customer locations across India and overseas as required.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should possess strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience in CNC machine tools.

Key Responsibilitie s:

• Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct machine health surveys and recommend corrective actions.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues.
• Read and interpret electrical, PLC and mechanical drawings.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure timely service support.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer maintenance personnel.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during field service activities.
• Travel to customer locations across India and overseas as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems.
• Experience in machine tool maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, sensors, automation systems and load cells.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of vacuum pumps is desirable.
