Job summary

TALENT VERTEX PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation based in Thane, Maharashtra. You will install, commission and service CNC machines and automated systems at customer sites, ensuring issue resolution and optimal performance.

The role demands hands-on skills in PLC, CNC, HMI, servo drives, VFDs, electrical panels, and machine-control software, with extensive travel and customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of CNC machinery/industrial automation experience.
• Strong hands-on CNC installation and commissioning expertise.
• Proven PLC & CNC troubleshooting capabilities.
• Hands-on with HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs and electrical panels.
• Experience in machine software integration, I/O testing and calibration.
• Strong breakdown, preventive maintenance and AMC experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
• Travel willingness and Thane-based availability.
• CNC commissioning experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Electrical & Automation with strong hands-on experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance .

The position involves working at customer locations for installation, commissioning, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, machine trials, software integration and technical troubleshooting of CNC machines and automated production systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of PLC, CNC, HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs, electrical panels and machine-control software , along with the ability to independently handle customer-site assignments.

Requirements

• 6–10 years relevant experience in CNC machinery / industrial automation.
  
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in CNC installation & commissioning.
  
• Expertise in PLC & CNC troubleshooting.
  
• Hands-on experience with HMI, Servo Drives, VFDs and electrical panels.
  
• Experience in machine software integration, I/O testing and calibration.
  
• Strong breakdown, preventive maintenance and AMC experience.
