Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Field Services Engineer. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and servicing coding and marking solutions at client facilities. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing efficient technical support. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance of industrial equipment
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for mechanical and electronic systems
• Strong Customer Service skills, including resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics)
• Familiarity with coding and marking equipment is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role
