Job summary

Domino India seeks a field service technician to perform on-site service and support for Domino printers at customer sites across the region.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, travel to client locations, and write service reports in English. A valid driver’s license, good health, and willingness to travel are essential for growth in industrial service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with ≥60% marks and 1–3 years of experience.
• Own a vehicle for business travel.
• Age not more than 27 years at application.
• Sound health with no history of serious medical illness.
• Strong desire for a career in field service.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to write service reports in English.
• Fluency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service and customer support.
• Study different packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trials.
• On-site installation & maintenance of Domino products to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory.

• Daily and routine maintenance of Domino printers at customer site to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.

About you

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics with at least 60% marks with 1-3 years of experience
