Job summary

ITT Inc. in India seeks a seasoned mechanical engineer to lead erection, commissioning and troubleshooting of IP pumps across sites in India. You will explore opportunities to install Pump Smart & iALERT, follow up on service payments, train site staff, and maintain service logs.

Requires BE/B.Tech in Mechanical and 8–10 years' API and centrifugal pump experience. Join ITT to support customers with reliable pumping solutions and contribute to ongoing product development.

Responsibilities

• Erection, commissioning and trouble shooting of IP pumps at various locations in India.
• Explore market for installation of Pump Smart & iALERT for our pumps and other make pumps.
• Follow up and collection of payments for services with various customers/dealers.
• Erection, Commissioning and Trouble shooting of IP pumps.
• Quick response to customer under break dawn jobs.
• Support in Operation and New Product Development when asked.
• Conduct training sessions on learnings from sites to improve product efficiency.
• Collect pump performance feedback from customers and update records.
• Visit customers to resolve complaints.
• Submit monthly report on service activity and log aging of complaints or requests.

Essential Responsibilities

1. 1. For Erection, commissioning and trouble shooting of IP pumps at various locations in India.
