Job summary

Agappe Diagnostics Ltd. in Vadodara invites an Industry Field Service Engineer to join our service team. You will report and attend complaints promptly, rectify issues swiftly, and work in the field according to the tour plan.

You will strive to meet AMC/CMC targets and consumable targets month by month, engage non-AMC customers to ensure AMC acceptance, and ensure timely reporting of installation reports, TSRs, and other documents to keep our systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

Willingness to travel and work in the field as per tour plan.
Strong communication and reporting skills for internal teams.
Able to meet AMC/CMC targets and consumable targets month-wise.
Ability to meet non-AMC customers to ensure AMC acceptance.
Maintain timely submission of documents, installation reports, TSRs and tour programs.

B.Tech/B.E in Electronics & Communications/ Biomedical Engineering
