Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking a skilled service engineer to support pharma packaging machines through installation, startup, commissioning, and calibration. The role involves on-site and remote troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance improvements. You will also train customers and coordinate with engineering and spare parts teams at customer sites.

The position requires travel to client sites and detailed service reporting to ensure ongoing equipment reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and maintenance of pharma packaging machines.
• On-site and remote troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Installation, start up, commissioning, calibration and validation support on pharma packaging machines.
• Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical and automation issues on site and remotely.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance including spare parts recommendations and machine performance improvements.
• Customer training, service reporting, coordination with engineering and spare parts teams, and site supervision.
