Job summary

Pexrise Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a field service engineer to support packaging machinery at customer sites. You will handle installation and commissioning of new equipment and ensure seamless start-ups.

You will promptly respond to breakdowns, minimizing downtime, and diagnose electromechanical, mechanical, and automation faults. The role requires hands-on mechatronics experience and the ability to work directly with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical services of packaging machinery.
• Preferably experience with soap wrapping machines.
• Experience with mechatronics systems, mechanical assemblies and automation controls.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new packaging machines at customer sites.
• Attend breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation issues in packaging lines.
