Job summary

JobItUs is seeking Service Engineers to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bulk material handling chains at cement plants and heavy industrial sites. The role emphasizes after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and hands-on technical support.

The successful candidate will travel across Pan-India locations (roughly 20–22 days per month), perform on-site servicing, attend breakdown calls, and coordinate with client maintenance teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service/maintenance experience in cement or heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial chains.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Willingness to travel extensively (Pan-India).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and commission bulk material handling chains at cement plants.
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Perform on-site servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and support training and product demos.
• Coordinate with client maintenance teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Travel 20–22 days per month across India.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams.
• Maintain records of tools, spares and service activities.

Job Summary

We are hiring skilled and customer-focused Service Engineers to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bulk material handling chains at cement plants and heavy industrial sites. The role plays a critical part in after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance & commissioning of:

• * Bucket Elevator Chains
• * Conveyor Chains
• * DPC Chains (Deep Pan Conveyor Chains)
• * Reclaimer Chains

at cement & heavy industrial sites, along with breakdown and troubleshooting support

• Perform on-site servicing of bulk material handling chain systems
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Carry out preventive maintenance and periodic equipment health checks
• Coordinate with client maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Prepare detailed service reports after each site visitSupport technical training and product demonstrations
• Maintain records of tools, spares, and service activities
• Follow safety standards, site protocols, and compliance requirements
• Escalate complex issues to the Service HOD / technical team
• Assist with warranty inspections and AMC services
• Build strong customer relationships
• Travel extensively across Pan-India locations (20–22 days per month)

Skills & Experience Required
