Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Service Engineer will provide field service support for crushing and screening equipment, including installation assistance, commissioning, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, replacing parts, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves responding to service calls, preparing service reports, coordinating with the technical and sales teams, and guiding customers on proper operation and basic maintenance. The Service Engineer will also support training activities for customer teams and contribute feedback to improve product reliability and service processes.

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for heavy industrial machinery.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site inspections and equipment commissioning.
• Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair capabilities for mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
• Experience with crushing, screening, mining, or heavy construction equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in field conditions, travel to customer sites, and manage service tasks independently.
• Knowledge of safety standards, use of diagnostic tools, and basic computer skills for reporting.
