Job summary

JobItUs is hiring a field service engineer to install, commission, test and maintain ice machines at customer sites across India and beyond. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel internationally. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered, with passport advantage for overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma/ BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration, ice machines, cooling systems, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read basic electrical and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
• Valid passport is an advantage.
• Able to work independently at customer sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Valid passport will be an advantage for overseas assignments.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel across India and outside India.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and handling urgent service requirements.
• Basic English communication is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
