Job summary

Dhruvik Electrical Solutions is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to address post-sales service requests across Uttarakhand. You will diagnose electrical faults, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and provide on-site support at customer locations.

The role requires Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, 2 years of field experience, and strong fault-finding skills. Travel within Uttarakhand, good communication, and ability to generate service reports are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade.
• 02 years of experience in electrical maintenance, field service, switchgear, or industrial electrical products. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, fault finding, troubleshooting, testing, and basic maintenance.
• Basic understanding of MCCBs, MCCBs, changeover switches, contactors, starters, panels, and other electrical/switchgear products will be an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and equipment-related problems and carry out on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and travelling anywhere within Uttarakhand as required.
• Should be comfortable with field work and travelling to industrial and remote locations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers professionally.
• Should be able to prepare basic service reports and complaint records.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for resolving customer complaints.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness to learn about new electrical products and technologies.
• Candidates with experience in switchgear, electrical panels, industrial automation, or electrical product servicing will be preferred.
• The candidate should demonstrate commitment, punctuality, professional conduct, and a willingness to stay and grow with the organization.

Responsibilities
