Job summary

Essae Inc. in India is seeking a field service technician to travel daily across the allocated territory to install new machines at customers’ premises, perform warranty maintenance, and respond to breakdown calls to minimize downtime.

You will assist sales by promoting Annual Service Contracts and provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams. Fresher candidates are welcome; a minimum of six months working with electronic equipment is preferred, along with strong communication and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Fresher with no experience can also be considered.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
