Job summary

Unity Derma Medical Pvt.ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service aesthetic lasers and medical equipment across customer sites. You will diagnose issues, provide on-site and remote support to doctors and clinic staff, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role involves training customers, coordinating with manufacturers for parts, and traveling within assigned territories to ensure smooth installations and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or engineering degree in electronics, biomedical, electrical or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare devices and aesthetic lasers is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of aesthetic lasers and medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to doctors and clinic staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs and system testing.
• Handle product demonstrations and basic technical training for customers.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate service reports and customer records.
• Support the sales team during product demonstrations and installations.
• Travel to customer locations across assigned territories as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with aesthetic lasers, medical equipment or healthcare devices preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Willing to travel extensively for service and installation requirements.
