Job summary

Unity Derma Medical Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and service aesthetic lasers and medical devices for clinics and hospitals.

You will diagnose issues, provide onsite and remote support, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves travel to customer sites, handling product demonstrations, and training staff. English and local language communication is essential, with willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or related engineering field.
• Experience with aesthetic lasers, medical equipment or healthcare devices preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations across assigned territories as required
