The engineer must understand the science the customer is performing to diagnose problems correctly and speak the customer's language.
Key Responsibilities
- Install or integrate equipments
- Verify heating/cooling performance against OEM specifications before handover
- Support IQ/OQ/PQ documentation as required by pharma customers (GMP/GLP environments)
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- PID control theory: tuning concepts, loop behavior diagnosis
- Multimeter-level electrical diagnostics; power supplies, PCBs, connectors, EMI/earthing basics
- Calibration methods and traceability documentation
- Troubleshoot electrical issues: power supplies, controller boards, touchscreen interfaces, sensor wiring, earthing problems
- Maintain calibration standards, traceability records, and certificates for GMP/GLP customer audits
