Job summary

Job Description
  • Provide maintenance support for AR&D lab analytical equipment such as Agilent HPLC, Waters HPLC & UPLC, Agilent GC, Electrolab Dissolutions, UV & titrators.
  • Responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and spares inventory to reduce downtime.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of analytical instruments in the lab according to schedules.
  • Install and shift instruments by coordinating with lab managers, vendor engineers, and installation teams.
  • Attend breakdown calls and resolve them in minimum time.
  • Maintain required spares inventory to reduce downtime and ensure average breakdown percentage stays below 0.5%.
  • Document online SAP PM module activities.
  • Coordinate and interact with lab scientists for smooth operation of instruments.
Key Personal Attributes
  • Good knowledge of maintenance & troubleshooting skills of analytical instruments & related software.
  • Good knowledge of cGLP requirements.
  • Operating network knowledge.
  • Experience interacting with analysts, AR&D team members, engineering team members, instrument vendors, and calibration service providers.
Qualifications

Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation.

Minimum work experience: 3–5 years.
