Job summary

Wika Instruments India in Chennai seeks a service coordinator to handle customer complaints, prepare service estimates, and coordinate with production and sales for service requests. You will also conduct CFT meetings and prepare NCRs for non-conformances with timely corrective actions.

The candidate should have a BE in Mechanical or Instrumentation with 6+ years’ experience and be an internal ISO auditor (9001, 14001, 50001).

Qualifications

• Customer service and complaint handling experience.
• Ability to coordinate with production, sales and other departments.
• Experience in conducting cross-functional teams (CFT) for customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Customer service / complaint handling: prepare and communicate service estimations, coordinate with production and sales, and conduct CFTs.
• Preparing NCR for non-conformance of return instruments.
• Coordinating with respective departments for corrective actions closure.
• Updating of customer complaint tracker.
